Xiaomi India on Thursday, February 28, launched the two new smartphones named as Redmi Note 7 and Redmi Note 7 Pro in India, under its newly created sub-brand Redmi. The Redmi Note 7 and Redmi Note 7 Pro are the much-awaited smartphones by the Indian users after the Xiaomi announced Redmi as an independent brand and launched it in China.

The Redmi Note 7 is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 and is packed with a 4000mAh battery whereas, the Redmi Note 7 Pro is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 and is packed with a 4000mAh battery. The smartphones has a new glass back design which makes them look separate from the old Xiaomi's design. These smartphones will create a new competition among the other smartphones under the similar price segment.

Xiaomi India has also launched a new Redmi Note 7S  which has a combined feature of the Redmi Note 7 and Redmi Note 7 Pro. The pricing of Redmi Note 7S is listed as : 3GB for ₹9,999 and 4GB for ₹11,999 and available for purchase via Flipkart.com.
